Time to get healthy

Well my month of July started off with a bang alright... I had on 6/28 pain like I have never had in
my life before.. And I do mean PAIN that I NEVER had before.. Even with having my Son I didnt
feel that much pain... I awoke in the middle of the night to feel like I could breathe and move but I
knew I had to get to the bathroom.. I will spare you of the lovely bathroom trips but let me say
I suffered with not sleeping the rest of the night and at 3pm the next day I finally thought I was
going to lose my mind to I finally called the doctor...He had me come in and right away thought
it was either my appendex or gall bladder.. So he sent me to ER.. After hours of waiting I found
that I have serveral things wrong.. I had a kidney infection, gall bladder stones, problem with my
liver, and small cycist on a overy.. So now WE are taking steps to getting me well again..
I am taking meds for infection. And as far as the stones that is yet to come..
But in the mean time I decided to make a start of plans for being more healthy.....

















1. NO more POP=======I have been good so far for 15 days.
2. LOTS of water------  I have a special gallon water bottle that is pink and purple.
3. Taking my Vitamins with Iron and fish oil----- doc was conerned about Iron too
4. Amazly not really having coffee
5. NOT eating fast foods---- no mcdonalds for 15 days...
6. Eating slower with smaller bites
7. Making time in for breakfast
8. Finding more ways to put veggies into diet... so far really good with green beans and carrots..
9. Avoiding cholate candy/ice cream----- Another biggie for me It always been a nightly treat of having a
small scoop and on stress day BIG scoop...None for 14 days except on Wed.. I had a vinilla Yogurt.
10. Trying to keep bettter sleep habits...

  1. I bet you feel better already with this plan! We are growing cucumbers and carrots in our garden. I'll make sure you get some!
