Ok I think you understand what I am saying so just to make something
differnt I am now going to SAY today:

Today I have to Focus on just today.
Today I can do one thing at a time.
Today I can really notice something.
Today I can be thankful.
Today I can say a prayer.
Today I can know I am blessed.
Today I can read my bible.
Today I can listen to my favorite song.
Today I can Drink a cold Drink.
Today I can Hug my Hubby.
Today I can pet and talk to the cats.
Today I can call my mom.
TODAY IS ALL THAT I NEED!
